How to make animated tag clouds Blogumus in blogger

Tag Clouds animation (Blogumus) looks ordinary on the user Wordpress, this widget than useful, could also enhance the look a blog, you can see the example below, how do I create this widget?

• Login to your blogger account.
• Select option Layout -> Edit HTML -> do not forget to check "Expand Widget Templates".

Find Code <b:section class='sidebar' id='sidebar' preferred='yes'> in your template, and put the script below, under that script.
